Textchat Chat to a Customer Service/Technical Support Agent live The Text Chat Live feature enables Demon customers to initiate a live chat session with one of our Customer Service or Technical Support Agents. Once connected you can chat through text facilities by asking questions, which will be answered immediately by our Agents. In addition, we can also guide you to supporting web pages relating to your questions. The operational hours for this service are: Customer Services: 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday (Including Bank holidays) PLEASE NOTE: For quality control and training purposes the "Text Chat Live" session will be recorded by Merlin Information System Limited on behalf of THUS plc. The "Text Chat Live" conversations will be stored for a period of three months. Your use of the "Text Chat Live" function indicates your acceptance of these conditions. |
