PLEASE see our Important Notice, we recommend that you read it before you proceed. ADSL Routers - Troubleshooting The SpeedTouch 330 ADSL USB modem is available with all our residential ADSL accounts (including Home500). However, you may decide instead to use an ADSL router – as this allows you to connect more than one computer to the Internet, and also may offer other benefits such as additional security. HomeOffice customers who wish to use an ADSL router are advised to purchase one of the SpeedTouch 'Ethernet' or 'Wireless' routers from us, as not only are they fully featured, but they are also provided pre-configured with your account information so that they work ‘out-of-the-box’. An additional benefit is that our Helpdesk can offer support for these routers. The Home500 service is really only intended for connection via modem, and so routers are not provided by us for this product. Consequently, no support is offered for customers connecting with ADSL routers. However, if you do decide to use a router you may find the following information helpful. Demon Links
